Reading

  • review story on p. 19
  • review vocabulary for the story 

  • preview vocabulary on p. 22 [vocab for Lesson 2.1 is on p. 22; look at the first word 'ведомство' - department; institution …, then go to the body of the article and scan it for this word; once found - highlight/underline/put an asterisk* next to it. Repeat with the rest of the words. Remember: we are not reading the stories, we are just searching for the words from the vocabulary list on p.20]
